I have been a client of Landscape Logic for five years and have had nothing but an excellent experience working with their team. Tracy is consistently patient and courteous responding to my inquiries and requests. Issues are then quickly forwarded to Will for response and resolution. For example, last year my lawn developed bare patches and not looking its best. I explained the situation to Will who then came over to survey the situation. We agreed on a comprehensive plan of aeration, seeding, top dressing and anti-fungal treatment. Hugo and his team carried out the plan last summer and this season the lawn looks better than it ever has. Hugo has also done a great job maintaining my irrigation system. What has impressed me most, has been their willingness to work with me and adjust my lawn care program according to my needs and preferences. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been with Landscape Logic for over 10 years and never wrote a review until now. Last night, after mowing, I was blown away by how lush my grass looked—I even snapped photos to share with them! Their care and attention over the years have truly paid off. Every time I call, someone answers promptly, guides me professionally, or arranges a technician callback, which always happens. Recently, a tech noticed I’d seeded my lawn and called to skip a weed preventer application, saving me $150 in grass seed. They proactively spot issues and genuinely care about their work. In a world where thoughtful service is rare, Landscape Logic stands out with excellent lawn care and a commitment to their community reputation. Thanks for my amazing yard!

I have to say, everything from start to finish with this company has been difficult. Getting started with them was not easy, we accepted a quote and it took two weeks for them to actually show up. Then once they started on a weekly basis it seemed ok. However, my husband and I had asked for 4 weeks for our hedges to be trimmed. Clearly, the office didn't communicate this to the workers. So, it took me staying home on a Monday to wait for the crew to show up, attempting to use Google translate (because the workers do not speak English), and asking them to trim the hedges. The crew responded saying they could do the hedges when they came back next Monday. However, they showed up the very next day while I was on a conference call. I heard the hedge trimmer going, and I knew my brand new car was parked within inches of of those hedges. Had I known they were coming the next day, I would have parked my car elsewhere. Having a ladder and hedge trimmer right beside of my new car was not what I wanted. Not only this, but when I called the office to figure out what was going on... the woman I spoke with said "I don't know why you're upset, you asked them to trim the hedges."... as if it was my fault. Oh, and let's not forgot they don't clean up their trimmings from bushes and such. Picture for proof. I had to clean up the trimmings myself. We have officially terminated their services here. I have no doubt we'll find another company with better communication and overall services.

So, this might be a long one, so grab a chair and maybe a drink! This is the 4th time I have used Landscape Logic for fairly large landscaping jobs. The first 2 were for irrigation/drainage issues. The 3rd was for new plantings, and this last one was the largest, it was for a re-grading of our backyard and hardscape installation of a fire-pit area. Brain came out for the initial consult, and spent well over 1 hour talking over options. What I really like, of all the companies I had come out he was the one that really looked over the space, and gave me options/ideas. We walked the entire space numerous times looking at elevation changes and going over ideas. And when we were talking, I had few ideas, but Brian was great to help me better understand what would and would not work in the space. He even talked me out of spending more money then I needed to. I initially wanted to make the walkway and steps 4 feet wide, but it would have been to large for the space. But after we marked it off, it made perfect sense to me. So Brian actually talked me out of spending more money. How refreshing is that! I got the initial invoice very quickly, and after a few additions we booked the job and just finished it last week. Will and Tracey were very responsive, and honest. Any communication was answered quickly, and with true reflection. For example, I asked about what type of gravel they used, and Will sent me 2 pics of a recent job so I could see what it looks like in a yard. David and his crew were awesome! And man do they work fast! The ended up bringing in over 10 dump truck loads of material into my backyard, all by hand in wheel barrows. They even had plywood down so as to not damage my lawn. Now, I love my lawn, and you can not even tell that much tonnage was moved across my lawn. The final result is stunning! We are so happy with the work. And here is the best part. They came in a little under the initial invoice! When is the last time you saw that. They did not need quite as much fill as Brian thought, so they removed that from the final price. Now, would I ever have known that they did not bring in those 2 additional dump truck loads, no way!! But they were honest and professional enough to say "we did not need that much". Below is 1 before and a bunch of after photos. You will see that had to deal with some elevation and drainage issues as well. To understand size, the fire pit area is 16'x18'. They are and always will be my go-to landscape company.
