The Good: McKeon's crew showed up every 2-4 weeks and mowed the lawn. The price was reasonble. The Bad: The crew consistently parked across my driveway, blocking me in or out. They pulled solar lights, knocked down security signs, and destroyed shrubs that I paid to have landscaped into my front yard. This happened multiple times and they left the damaged property in a pile on my porch each time. The Ugly: I spoke to the crew, thanking them for their service, but also telling them that it was important to me they left the lawn as they found it. The said, per Will McKeon's company policy, they were instructed to move things in their way and leave them that way to get to all the lawns the had to mow. Then the left without doing the job they came to do, and I was later in formed my property manager that based on this "altercation" (which to me was a polite and reasonable conversation). Anyway, frustrating for the disrespect to my lawn and property, but even more so for the follow on and lack of customer service. I called the owner, Will McKeon to follow up, but he never answered or called back. I would recommend exploring other options.

I have had the pleasure of working with Will since he started his company around 2017. What originally compelled me to accept his bid to provide lawn care services at my residence was his exceptional interpersonal skills and display of professionalism. Additionally, I was attracted to working with a small, family-owned business. What has motivated me to stay on with McKeon Lawn Care is the quality of the work, his responsiveness to questions/concerns/requests, and reliability. As the business has rapidly grown, Will and his team still service my lawn like it is their main priority and they have remained rooted in the values that started the company four years ago. I strongly recommend McKeon lawn care and I am confident I am only one of dozens of long-term, happy clients that would do so.

I cannot recommend Will and his team at McKeon Lawn Care highly enough. I am blown away by their speed, professionalism and attention to detail. They left my lawn looking better than ever, and went the extra mile by cleaning off and taking away grass clippings from the property. They are extremely reasonably priced for the quality of work they do. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
