We had this company come out and have the front yard cut down and the root layer stripped out mechanically leaving a cultivated base soil. Then they were going to back fill as needed to level out dips and lower water pooling areas. The entire yard was to be seeded with a mix of Red Fescue, K-31 Fescue and Winter Rye grass. The yard would then be fertilized with a general-purpose fertilizer and then top dressed in a mix of 50/50 soil. After watering everyday as advised, grass was not growing in areas. We had patches that had one kind of grass growing right next to a patch that didn't. By the looks of grass growth, it was not evenly spread out. We also had all kinds of weeds growing in the grass as well. Ryan came out to look at it and tried to give me a schooling on how the sun is hotter in some areas than others (drying soil faster than other areas) and mind you these patches were only five feet away from each other. Ryan said he would schedule the next week for a weed treatment. Of course (as I knew he wouldn't) he never did. We have had lawns reseeded in the past and never saw an outcome like this. After spending over 3k for a new lawn, you would never know that we had anything done to it by the looks of it.

Fake company. Poor or zero communication. Contacted for leaf removal. Got back to me two weeks later. Were supposed to show up for the job, never showed- no call, email or text to let me know. no response after multiple follow ups.

They moved our fence back 10’ to the property line. Moved existing and added new vinyl fence. The ground was extremely hard and rocky. They did an excellent job and end result looks great. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks

UPDATE: My initial complaints were addressed. We're all good here. They did a great job. The vines on the back of the fence weren't sprayed, the tree along the fence didn't get cut, and the foundation area in the back wasn't weedeated. BUT they can get that the next time since I'm in a plan. My yard was a mess. The grass was super high in the back. This first cut was excellent, especially considering that tropical storm Ophelia is moving in. Next time I'm opting for it being bagged though, and I'll have them haul off that trash too. Great work guys. Super friendly too.
