Thomas Family Landscaping is MAGNIFICENT! They regularly maintain the property in my complex, so I knew they would do a good job. So, I called to have them do some personal, additional work for me on the side and WOW is all I can say. I had an idea of what I thought would look nice, well, they made it look BEAUTIFUL. I 100% recommend them and their services. On top of all of that, the office staff were wonderful to work with, scheduling service was easy and their communication was on point. Spread the word!

Thomas Family Landscaping is the best, and we have tried many in the past. Our lawn looks beautiful now!! Before using their service, we did have trouble with weeds, but now no weeds at all!! Now we get lots of complements on our lawn!! Our neighbors around us use them too!!

I was looking for two type services: 1st seed new grass, 2nd treat my yard. I scheduled appointment, met with Barry, he walked the yard, was informed what size is the whole lot. I received estimate on 1st service and agreed to proceed. Weeks later they came and serviced land…tiled, “graded” and seeded new grass. Unfortunately, they did not provide what I was charged for (it was stated that straw will be removed, never was). I kept scraping piles of straw myself for weeks (see pictures attached). They used heavy equipment, there was no hand tools used, so forget about having new grass in the edges, and weeds buried close to the house. When I called Barry, being concerned about humps after service I was informed that it can be levelled later (for extra $$). I asked for estimate to service my growing grass. I got first estimate ~$60 monthly, not knowing the prices around. I agreed on estimate. After 1st service I got invoice for way over $100 (It was just one monthly payments) and I also learned that they provided new-updated estimate, because 1st one was for much smaller yard. Seems like they sent low estimate just to get customer signed and than they update estimate while you are already signed for their services. I was shocked. In meantime they came to service my yard again (which I was no called/messaged about). They sent email, but to be honest, with all the spam/advertisement emails we receive every day, I did not see it on time. I just cancelled their services, it is not worth it! Good luck! B F
