Just had a super experience with Triple R Landscaping. Initially I had ordered 5 cubic yards of shredded brown mulch, but later determined that I really needed 6. Allan was able to modify the order and give me a delivery time that worked with my schedule. When the mulch arrived William did a great job unloading it and I am very satisfied with the product. It looks great!

TR Landscape driver came and dumped a load of what was supposed to be sand but actually gravel in the middle of my driveway, blocked my car in the garage so I called them while the driver was there this was the response," Ok yes ma’am I understand. I’m sorry there isn’t anything else I can offer . We deliver to residential all the time , we just can’t go off drive ways . So the home owner usually guides us on where it’s the most convenient. I don’t know what happened in this situation because I’m not the driver . But the owner said the most we can do is come shovel push it over to the right a little bit". MIND YOU I TOLD THE DRIVER THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL THE OFFICE BY THE TIME I WENT IN THE HOUSE GRABBED MY PHONE THE DEIVER WAS GONE. NO INE CAME BACK TEXT THEM ABOUT IT , AND .I WAS TOLD TO CALL THE DRIVER, THE DRIVER WOULDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. I TEXTED THEM AGAING THAT THEIR DRIVER WAS NOT ANSWERING AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT. NO MORE COMMUNICATION AND THEY CLOSED FOR THE DAY. THEY NEVER MOVED TO GRAVEL OVER, I COULDN'T USE MY DRIVEWAY OR GARAGE FOR A DAY. LUCKILY MY NEIGHBOR GUIDED ME BACK INTO HER YARD AND ON TO HER DRIVEWAY SO I CAN GET OUT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY SITUATION THAT WAS CAUSED BY THE DRIVER AND EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THE DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OWNER ABOUT WHERE TO PUT IT, I'M SURE THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPRIMAND THAT DRIVER FOR NOT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW THAT HE HAD ARRIVED ON MY PROPERTY. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I ALSO NEED TO ORDER SOME ROCKS BUT I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY. AND YES I INFORMED THEM THAT THEY WILL BE GETTING A BAD REVIEW FROM ME.

I would recommend this company without reservation. Great products and great services. I got chance to meet the owner and he is a great person who truly cares about your needs and customer satisfaction. Haley is amazing as well and will assist you with coordination of services. She has great customer service etiquette. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Ordered 5 CY of the topsoil & compost mixture. Requested Saturday delivery which they were able to provide. Driver called to verify order details that morning and gave me an ETA of 30 mins, he was here in 28. As expected, it had a few rocks & small sticks but overall a good quality topsoil. I added 3" to my 40' X 20' garden, tilled it in and still had plenty to do 3 large flower beds in our yard.
