The crew put in long hours, paid close attention to the details, and took the time to make sure the walls were level and properly finished. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Very professional team with excellent results. They removed a lot of overgrown bushes, expanded my front garden beds, added metal edging, removed a tree, and cleaned up some areas. After dealing with an extremely stressful experience with another landscaping company where we unfortunately lost over $2,000 and are currently dealing with court proceedings, we were very cautious about moving forward with another contractor. From the very beginning, Soto Landscaping completely changed that experience for us in the best possible way. The process started with their online contact form, which was incredibly easy and straightforward to submit. Within literally 5 minutes, we received a call from Rigo. That level of responsiveness alone already stood out compared to other companies we contacted. During the phone call, Rigo took the time to walk through all of our questions in detail and even provided a preliminary estimate. More importantly, he genuinely listened to our concerns regarding deposits and our previous bad experience with another landscaper. At no point did we feel pressured or dismissed. Instead, he was empathetic, understanding, and extremely professional throughout the entire conversation. We then scheduled an in-person meeting to review our property and project needs. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. He clearly communicated arrival timing and expectations, which we really appreciated after dealing with unreliable contractors previously. When Rigo arrived, he immediately got to work taking measurements, reviewing the property, and discussing options with us. The entire interaction felt organized, efficient, and professional. On top of that, the pricing he provided was honestly amazing and worked within our budget without sacrificing confidence in the quality of work. What impressed us the most was the customer service. Rigo was incredibly understanding about our situation and made us feel like he genuinely cared about helping us move forward after months of frustration with other companies. We also explained that timing was extremely important to us because of the delays we experienced elsewhere, and Soto Landscaping delivered immediately. The work was scheduled for the SAME WEEK. The crew arrived on Wednesday to begin all of the prep work and preparation for the patio, and the concrete was poured and completed by Friday. Seeing the project move that quickly while still maintaining such high quality workmanship was honestly impressive. From initial contact on Monday to project completion by Friday, the turnaround time was outstanding. Now that the project is wrapping up, we genuinely could not be happier with the results. The concrete patio turned out absolutely beautiful. Everything was completed professionally, on time, and exactly as discussed. The attention to detail and workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it is such a relief to finally have this project completed after all the stress we experienced previously. We will absolutely be using Soto Landscaping moving forward for future projects.
