*Not Service Related Jason seemed eager to fill our leaf removal needs. He answered the phone on my first attempt to contact. Without prompting, he offered the expectation of a same day quote, to which I confirmed a general time. Time gets away from all of us, I understand that. BUT, I took the afternoon off so that I could be available for his visit. I was never contacted or followed up with after sending the first confirmation text. Services rendered is only one facet of a business. If you want your time respected, you should absolutely uphold that respect with your clients.
