Dylan listened to what I was looking for and asked if I planned to do the job myself or hire someone. He was extremely knowledgeable and on the spot called a contractor to ask if they could help with the job. He confirmed and provided me with the contact information for a contractor based on my needs. Great service and will be a lifetime customer based on the experience. We purchased what was advertised as 50/50 garden soil from this company expecting quality soil suitable for growing vegetables. Unfortunately, what we received did not look like true 50/50 garden soil at all,it looked more like plain dirt mixed with stones and hard clay clumps. Last year, we had very poor yields, and this year our plants are struggling badly to grow. We’ve had to spend extra money on fertilizers just to help them survive. When working with the soil, we found a lot of stones and hard clay balls that make it difficult for roots to grow properly. This is not the quality we expected, especially after paying the full price without hesitation. Customers purchase from your company based on trust, expecting to receive the quality that is promised. If this is the kind of product being delivered, it becomes very difficult to recommend your company to others or feel confident about making future purchases. Gardening takes a lot of time, effort, and money, and I’ve spent countless hours caring for these plants only to see them struggle because of poor soil quality. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. Can you please do something to help us rectify this situation? We would appreciate any support you can offer to make this right.

I recently purchased soil from Triangle Landscape Supplies 50/50 mix, but the quality is very disappointing. As you can see in the attached photo, the soil is extremely hard, dry This does not look or perform like a true 50/50 mix. It’s difficult for plants to grow in this condition, and I had to put in extra effort just to break up the soil. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Please check the photos before purchasing. Hoping the company improves their soil quality and consistency.

Ordered 50/50 garden soil 2 days ago, picked it up and was very surprised to find within 4 yards of the garden soil it was filled with huge balls of clay. Call and spoke with Loretta and she quickly told me that is what happens when garden soil gets damp and that there was nothing they could do. I offered to send her pictures but she again stated you can send them to me but its not going to make a difference..there is nothing that can be done. I am leaving this review because I feel that these are not clump dirt balls as stated on the website this is huge clay balls. If you are in need of good garden soil I would look else where.

The price was right on the dirt and rock I needed but what really impressed me was the delivery! The delivery driver “sticks” was awesome! I had put sign posts in the yard indicating where I wanted the dirt and the rock, not only did he manage to get the product right where I wanted it but he kept all of the product off the street and the driveway. He hit the signs I had posted perfect! Not even knocking the signs down, when he was done the sign posts were still standing in the middle of the pile!
