****edit***** After contacting the company again, they worked hard to fix the issue. They fixed what was broken and replaced the lights in our yard. We were very happy with the solutions they provided. We were really excited to have found a company with good reviews and a great value to take care of our lawn. Unfortunately, after damages occured to our property and items on our property, the management was unresponsive and has yet to present a resolution to this issue that has been going on since December of 2020. We are no longer using their service and would not recommend them to any other person. We have found another local family owned company who is also reasonably priced with quality work. Triangle Lawn Care does not seem to care about their customers. I gave them one star because they did maintain the lawn even though our property was damaged in the process.

Started off well. We decided to switch to Triangle Care after our last lawn care service went downhill. We began in the fall and they came out to fertilize, aerate and re-seed. Main thing I asked when I originally signed up was to get brown spot treatment in the summer as it's a problem with our fescue lawn in the humid months. I was very specific when I signed up that I wanted this treatment regularly. Reminded them with a call in June, no one came by. We had some rain so figured they were backed up. Called again in July and was told someone was going to show up on a Friday, and no one showed up. Apparently they had an employee issue and was told they dealt with it. Wrote an email and they were gone 4th of July. OK, followed-up again the next week and told me they were going to show up that week. Apparently they came by on Thursday but they never did the treatment because I had someone working on my front deck (still not sure what that had to do with it). Was told they would come Friday and it was 6PM and I decided I had enough and told them not to bother anymore. They did offer a free treatment and promised to come out Monday despite me telling them I didn't want the service. I opted not too, albeit it was a nice gesture. They are nice people to work with, but clearly are having some staffing problems or have taken on more work than they can handle. I'm really disappointed as they had great reviews and now I have brown spots all over my yard and need to find someone else.

My grass had gotten to over a foot tall because of, well...reasons. I emailed TLC through their website and got a response back that same day. We arranged a day for them to come clean up my yard and they showed up on time and did a good job. About a week later, I also let them cut up a rather large fallen tree in my yard as a result of the first interaction - that's gone well, too. The prices seem right and everyone I dealt with was very nice (the owners, Stephen and his wife are very responsive). I will definitely use these guys in the future.

Triangle Lawn Care does a very good job of mowing/edging/blowing. I gave them a rating of excellent for the following reasons: 1) They are willing to do mow as you need service or twice monthly etc... They don't need a contract. 2) Very good communication via email and google calendar invites. So you know when they are coming ahead of time. They always came on the calendar date and usually even very close to the hour scheduled. Also they do billing by e-mail with pdf invoice.

Triangle Lawn Care does the best work for the best price! I have had them taking care of my lawn for the past two years and it's never looked better. Very professional company - comes every two weeks like clockwork, and if it has to be pushed out a day or two because of weather, I always get an email saying when they'll be there. I love TLC!!
