My most recent, scheduled application went well. The TruGreen technician (Deion) greeted me and took his time in the yard ensuring he was thorough. It has been a tough season for the grass here in central NC. We are still bouncing back from a drought from winter through June and the temps have been consistently high. That said, the grass has bounced back pretty well. Soon it will be time for aerating and seeding.
We have had TrueGreen come 3 times. And they have continued to charge us for treatments that were never done. It’s been over $1000 and they have been twice to weed and fertilizer and once for mosquitos, NEVER AGREED TO A MOSQUITO CONTRACT. Wanted one treatment only. To make matters worse, they came at the end of the day on Thursday and by Sunday we noticed that our grass was yellow, it was yellow stripes all up and down our front and back lawn, there are weeds that are still green and the grass around it is yellow and dead!! We are appalled,
Before conducting a scheduled lawn service to my lawn Austin spent time addressing all my questions and concerns. I can describe him as a true lawn care and management expert as well as a good communicator. Within our short conversation he was able to educate me on some important lawn care issues and give some valuable advises. It was quite a pleasant experience which made me not to regret to choose Truegreen as my lawn care service company.
We are new to Trugreen and look forward to great results. We have had several scheduled visits to treat and aerate our lawn. So far everything is headed in the right direction and looking good in the front. The backyard is a work in progress, that we hope will come around. We are working toward a PGA lawn to set an example for the community. Our specialist have been professional and informative at each visit and performed the services in a timely manner.
I got the irrigation and seeding, but no follow up at all, and I’m not too happy with the irrigation and seeding. I have to many bare spots in my back yard.
