We had Bristow Landscaping, LLC renovate our entire front yard, and to say they exceeded expectations would be an understatement. Our lawn, like many others in the neighborhood, was a mix of low-quality and unhealthy grasses and weeds. There were rocks and debris from the builders scattered within the rock-hard clay "soil". It was an absolute mess and an eye sore. I asked around for the most reputable, fair, and thorough landscaping company and everyone I asked gave me the same answer: Bristow Landscaping. I reached out and the owner, Logan Bristow, heard all of my concerns and came out personally to assess what needed to be done to fix the proverbial dumpster fire that was my lawn. We ended up deciding on a full reset - kill off the existing grass and weeds, till the soil, fix the many areas that needed grading, mix in a high-quality topsoil/fertilizer blend, and lay down over 6,000sqft of Centipede Grass sod. We also decided to remove the two Sweet Gum trees and replaced them with two absolutely stunning Emperor Japanese Maples. The entire process as incredibly straightforward. Logan and his crew communicated with my wife and I constantly, and we were never "in the dark" as to what was going on. There were literally zero surprises. We received a substantial amount of education from multiple subject matter experts within the company as to how to care for our amazing new lawn and trees, and they've been back out multiple times to check on how well the roots are establishing and to ensure no sod was moved from the heavy rain we received post-installation. Everyone has been super responsive for the few follow-up questions I've had, and the answers were incredibly informative. The lawn and trees look great, and we've received so many compliments from our neighbors and guests. I recommend Bristow Landscaping, LLC to anyone in need of high-quality landscaping services in the Raleigh area - as far as I'm concerned they can do no wrong. I'd like to give a special thanks for Logan, Aaron, Jaoquin, Felix, Jovanni, Mike, Cody, and Adam for being such incredibly hard workers and making the entire process so easy for us. My wife and I are over the moon with how everything turned out!

They did a major regrading of our backyard which had horrible flooding and water pooling. During the initial work, they found a significant number of surprises - unexpected piping from other yards, buried walls, broken drainage pipe from a previous house renovation, problems with gutter downspout tie-ins, etc. Logan was proactive in telling us of the problems, presented alternatives to address the problem and rapidly implemented the changes and finished the job with our backyard looking great and drainage dramatically improved. Took several days longer than expected, but given the problems faced, a very timely completion. They also put a fire pit / entertainment area, planted a new tree and renovated and upgraded our brick walkway to a side door. No hesitancy about hiring them for further work and recommend Logan and his team with no reservations.

We had a large project that evolved over the 1-2 week time that Logan and his crew were on our property. We really appreciated their horticulture knowledge, (will give you the truth, not what sells something), work ethic, and eye for landscape design. There were several changes we made mid-job that they handled without any trouble, and even went out of their way to fix a few irrigation issues and provide advice on other landscaping issues they noticed. We intend to work with them again, and would recommend their services to anyone.
