As a first-time customer of Nature First Landscaping, I hired them to help revitalize a backyard that had become difficult for me to manage after a recent stroke limited my ability to handle landscaping projects myself. I found the company through a Facebook advertisement and was impressed by their professionalism from the start. Communication was prompt, the consultation was thorough, and the detailed online quote included photos, itemized costs, and multiple options. Throughout scheduling, the team kept me informed about materials and start dates. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a friendly attitude. In an unexpected moment, they even helped extinguish a nearby house fire before firefighters arrived, demonstrating remarkable character and community spirit. They then completed the project by installing raised garden beds, removing overgrowth, and redistributing soil and compost to prepare other areas of my yard for future improvements. Overall, I am pleased with the transformation of my backyard and appreciated the company’s professionalism, communication, and responsiveness. However, I had concerns about the soil used to fill the raised beds, which contained debris such as sticks, rocks, plastic fragments, and a few pieces of glass, and the beds appeared underfilled relative to my expectations. One bed also sustained minor cosmetic damage during installation. After discussing these issues with David, he was courteous and took time to explain the soil source and fill levels, though I was disappointed that a final walkthrough was not conducted before project completion and payment. While I would have preferred higher-quality soil, fuller beds, and a formal walkthrough, I would still consider using Nature First Landscaping again. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars, and with greater attention to the soil portion of the project and a final review process, my rating would have been significantly higher.

The team that came out to do the job was FANTASTIC! They reviewed the project with me when they first arrived to the house. After they completed the work, they walked the property with me to confirm I was happy with everything. Could not have asked for more professional crew! Highly recommend

Nature First saved me yesterday, my house and driveway is in the shade and I have been iced in for a week and now the next storm is due in this weekend, I called around and finally found someone who could come out same day, Nature First ! Taylor was great, very kind and service oriented, he spread the ice melt professionally and it is working, I will be able to get more groceries now before this next storm hits.

I have a very difficult hill to work on at the back of my property. At 71, it’s a bit beyond my capabilities. They came out and gave me a reasonable price to weed it, spray it, and cover with pine straw. They scheduled within a week, did a professional job in a reasonable timeframe. I would use them again and recommend them for any landscaping project.
